National Day Of Prayer: God Bless America Again
Today 05.05.11 is The National Day Of Prayer. Please make it a point today to pray for this great nation. We are in desperate need of revival and a fresh spiritual awakening. I believe we live in the greatest nation in the world, but we abandoning our Christian Spiritual foundation that made us great. We have killed over 50 million children through abortion, we are suffering economic difficulties, we are fighting wars on three fronts, and our national debt keeps growing.
Pray for revival, pray for God’s wisdom for our leaders, for the problems they face are very daunting, and pray that God Bless America Again.
God’s very own word declares to us in II Chronicles 7: 14 promises:
God appeared to Solomon that very night and said, “I accept your prayer; yes, I have chosen this place as a temple for sacrifice, a house of worship. If I ever shut off the supply of rain from the skies or order the locusts to eat the crops or send a plague on my people, and my people, my God-defined people, respond by humbling themselves, praying, seeking my presence, and turning their backs on their wicked lives, I’ll be there ready for you: I’ll listen from heaven, forgive their sins, and restore their land to health. From now on I’m alert day and night to the prayers offered at this place.
